RN Management Support, an overview

Mission
The RN Management Support foundation is specialized in advising and helping organisations to achieve quality improvement and realization of their goals. Our mission is to manage all processes to improve the customer satisfaction and performance within the Renault and Nissan network (dealers and importers).

By making improvements visible to our customers, organising in a process oriented way and guaranteeing results, a higher degree of efficiency and effectiveness in business processes can be realised.

History
In 1992 we first started a quality assurance path and since then we have gained more than 20 years experience in this discipline. RN Management Support understands the Renault and Nissan procedures and the implementation stages at the dealerships. All services are aimed at optimising performance and return on investment with practical solutions. With our experience we like to make things easier and take work off your hands.

The foundation is accountable to the Management Board. The Board consists of representatives (on directional level) from Renault and Nissan importers and both dealer unions. Because of this assignments can be implemented in a practical and need-oriented way.

The organisation
The team consists of four young, dynamic and skillful consultants and an experienced manager. The employees come from different backgrounds and have gained a lot of experience in different functions and projects within the importer organisations and dealer networks.

Our consultants are unique in that they gained practical experience in all organisational levels. They have knowledge of the specific procedures, systems and methods and understand what happens at the importers and dealerships. In brief, we speak the same language.

The employees of the foundation RN Management Support have a strong drive to realise improvements in a structured, efficient and practical way. We know how to get the best out of people on every level, from "mechanic to manager".

Working methods and services
The history and background of RN Management Support means that most projects and assignments are approached from a quality point of view. This does not only count for achieving and extending ISO-certification, but also for special projects in the field of organizational development and decreasing “Returns after Purchase and Repeating Repairs”.

The working procedure of RN Management is based on: People, Resources and Methods. These are the key elements that need to be managed effectively to achieve the desired process change.

Both importers (Renault and Nissan) have many improvement methods available to enhance the service to the customer. For this, many resources/tools have been developed to do the right things in the right way in one time. Examples of this are an up-to-date CRM-system or effective offer program (RTx). However, systems do not work without devoted staff. Only when they are enthusiastic about these tools and keep their promise to the customer, the customer goes home with a satisfied feeling.

Efficient and effective implementation of improvement methods and the necessary advising of staff is what RN Management Support can realise.

Brochures have been developed of recent projects where more detailed information can be found. Obviously, a custom-made improvement path plan is always possible.

Investments
Since RN Management Support is a foundation and self-supporting, costs can be charged more effectively. The services of our consultants will be invoiced per shift (morning, afternoon, evening) and at the rate of € 390,- excluding VAT and including traveling expenses.
With the assistance of RN Management Support, an investment is made in quality and great added value will be delivered.
